Why exactly? From where to where?

Coaching came into my horizon 3 years ago and my fascination with it is only growing. The journey of self-discovery is not an end goal, but a lifelong process, a series of conscious choices for which the coaching toolkit can offer us tangible results and solutions. In my view, there are two determining factors in today's world: one is that everything is constantly changing in the blink of an eye; the other is that the greatest pressure is actually exerted on us by the progress and passage of time.
This is why I think that the flexibility and dynamic process of coaching is perfectly suited to the modern man and our psychological stuckness.
When you don't feel like doing anything...
Our life is made up of periods, cycles and sometimes it can happen that for some reason
- You don't feel like getting up in the morning
- You don't feel like doing your job
- You have lost the drive and energy to achieve your goals
- Lacking your inner drive
- What used to be exciting becomes boring
- To make what has made you curious
What do I want now?
You know the feeling, when you used to know what you had to do, where you wanted to go, what you wanted to achieve, and the steps to get there, but now you don't:
- Everything has fallen apart
- You do not see the goal
- You're back at the start line
- Overwhelmed by tasks
- The road seems endless
- You are unable to prioritise, to organise your thoughts
I'm out! Can I reach it?!
When we plan something, set a goal, it's always a boosting, motivating, recharging feeling, but when it comes to achieving it, it can be:
- Harder than you thought
- You lose your stamina
- Fear of failure consumes you
- You don't see how to see it through
- You'll be shocked if you run into difficulties
too little time, too much to do (?)
Are you sure? 24 hours will never become 48, but what we put into a day, how we manage our life tasks and how that makes us feel at the end of the day is up to us. So, if:
- You're often late, you fall asleep
- You're always behind
- You can't deliver on time
- You get carried away with daily/weekly/monthly tasks
- You don't move from 1 to 2
- Pressure on your "To DO" list
Yes? No? And yet? No?
Deciding is often not easy or is it? It depends. But on what? Do you follow your heart or your head? Do you follow your gut feeling or is the opinion of others more important? If you're struggling with the same question:

How does coaching help me?
Coaching is a professional, guided, question-guided conversation that focuses from the present to the future to help you move forward, achieve your goals and realise your dreams.
How many times will we meet?
In principle, we will sit down for 5+1 (+1, the first free consultation) sessions, but depending on individual agreement, this can be extended to additional sessions later.
1 session lasts 60 minutes and we meet every week, up to every two weeks.
Where will the meetings be held?
In the online space. 🙂 At the moment I only work online, before each appointment I will send you a link to join our live chat. You don't need to download any programs or apps, just click and that's it.
How much does it cost?
The first consultation is free! Additional sessions cost HUF 17.900 gross. If you want to pay for all 5 sessions in one lump sum, I can give you a 10% discount on the total amount.
You can pay for the sessions by bank transfer on the basis of a fee request sent out before the agreed date.
What should I prepare?
With a topic that interests you, curiosity and openness. And a stable internet connection, a camera, a microphone, a relaxed background, a pen and a notebook. Leave the rest to me. 😉
