Biography

Ajith Rajan arrived in Europe in 2008 and has been working at Calendula Medical-Natural Medicine East India Therapeutic Institute as an Ayurvedic and Panchakarma technician. She also teaches yoga classes and Ayurvedic treatments in Siófok and at the Wellness & Medical Club in Budapest. She studied in the southern Indian state of Kerala and gained her practice in local hospitals. For her, Ayurveda is not just a philosophy, but a way of life that has been an integral part of her daily life since childhood. Her yoga classes are characterised by a relaxed atmosphere and a focus on working with the deep muscles, with each asana being a specific therapy to address the practitioner's individual health problems.
